Elegant, classy and an incredibly good time is how we would describe Stacy and Ryan’s Priddis Azuridge Wedding nestled in the foothills of Priddis, Alberta. I first met Stacy and Ryan at our engagement shoot out in Cochrane and I must say they are definitely an adventurous couple given they willingly climbed a very long and very steep hill, in their dress shoes, to chase some amazing light. Stacy and Ryan booked the entire Azuridge resort and brought in the amazing Julianne Young of Julianne Young Weddings to plan and coordinate the perfect wedding day. The forecast was calling for a little bit of rain but if anything the overcast skies provided perfect soft light for their wedding day. The girls got ready up high up in a beautiful premium corner suite overlooking the resort grounds while the boys got ready in the classy signature suite. The tower on the west side of the courtyard was the perfect place for Ryan’s first look of Stacey in her beautiful wedding dress. Afterwards, we had no problem finding an interesting setting for a creative portrait session. Azuridge had so much to offer. For the ceremony, Stacey’s dad walked her down the long sidewalk and up to the tower where Ryan had first seen his lovely bride to be. The ceremony was filled with laughs and touching moments. Back in the main lodge, Stacey got her first glimpse of the absolutely stunning reception room Julianne had created which included personalized notes for each individual guest, including the photographer! The reception was filled with touching speeches from friends and family followed by a very memorable first dance.
